By accessing or using the XplorKaro Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Platform Disclaimer
XplorKaro acts only as a technology platform that enables users to discover and book retreats offered by independent third-party Hosts.
XplorKaro does not own, organize, manage, operate, supervise, control, or conduct any retreat listed on the Platform.
Hosts act as independent service providers and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of XplorKaro.
2. Retreat Information Disclaimer
All retreat-related information, including descriptions, itineraries, accommodations, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, availability, images, videos, and other content, is provided and maintained by the respective Host.
XplorKaro may perform limited review or moderation of retreat information for platform quality and policy compliance. However, XplorKaro does not independently verify, inspect, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of such information.
The Host remains solely responsible for the information provided and the actual delivery of the retreat, including any differences between displayed content and the on-ground experience.
3. No Guarantee or Endorsement
Listing of a retreat on XplorKaro does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by XplorKaro.
XplorKaro does not guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, legality, or outcome of any retreat.
4. Participation & Risk
Participation in any retreat is voluntary and at the user's own discretion and risk.
Users are responsible for assessing personal suitability, health conditions, fitness levels, and any other relevant considerations before participating in a retreat.
5. Third-Party Responsibility
All retreats are organized and delivered solely by independent Hosts. Any representations, warranties, promises, or obligations related to a retreat are the responsibility of the respective Host.
XplorKaro shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or service quality of any Host.
6. Payments & Refunds Disclaimer
XplorKaro is responsible only for payments processed through its Platform using authorized payment gateways.
Any payments made directly to a Host, including cash, UPI, or direct bank transfers, are outside XplorKaro's responsibility.
Refunds, if any, are subject to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and do not include amounts paid directly to Hosts.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XplorKaro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or participation in any retreat.
8. Changes to Disclaimer
XplorKaro reserves the right to update or modify this Disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
